Billing Terms and Conditions

5. Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits follow our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable sales tax and similar charges. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate at time of purchase.

We will promptly correct any billing errors, including refunding overcharges or invoicing for undercharges.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.
